Hi, so, to help me dream, I have been taking a CVS magnesium pill at dinner, and at sleep a 5mg melatonin pill, a 100mg capsule of 5-HTP and a B-50 complex including Choline Bitrate, B5, B6, B3 and B12. Although these are certainly making me more alert during the day and have given me a few false awakenings, I was wondering if rather than the B-50, I should take separate Choline and B5 and B6. Note, I cannot take Melatonin or 5HTP any later than before I go to sleep because when I wake up in the morning I take an SSRI which if not taken a few hours apart from those substances might cause Serotonin Syndrome. Any advice? Would be much appreciated, thanks!
