I really just want to know has anyone had any progress with apple juice I really want to know. I have also heard things about bananas improving recall/lucidity. If not could you just inform me about what you use? thanks.

I drank 64oz jug of apple juice and have literally no dream recall what so ever. But everyone is different try it and see what happens!!

Apple juice has given me more vivid dreams in the past, while other times it has had no effect at all. I don't think it's something you can just try once and give up on when it doesn't work, because there are many other factors throughout the day that are also affecting your dreams. Some days you'll get a "good" combination of these factors and have amazing dreams, but other days you're bound to have a "bad" combination. That being said, since apple juice is likely one of the good factors, drinking it does increase your chances of having more vivid dreams.
