No Lies Please Hypnosis for Lucid Dreaming

      Hey there,

I'm studying hypnotherapy. I've taken a couple courses on hypnosis around the world and am really excited about hypnosis applied to life, especially lucid dreaming.

I've made a few scripts and recordings to help me, and I'm interested in seeing how effective they are for you, too.

      My first attempt:

      – Hypnosis for Lucid Dreaming – Beta

      Reworked and simplified second attempt:

      – Hypnosis for the Art of Lucid Dreaming

Impromptu third attempt, command edition (I think this is probably the most effective):

      – Hypnosis for Lucid Dreaming – Command Edition

If you're interested in lucid dreaming more frequently, see if these help!

Let me know what you like and I'll gladly incorporate your suggestions into a future edition.

I hope they help! I've listened to #3 a few times already and I've had lucid dreams the past two nights.

Here you are, good sir: http://noliesplease.com/wp-content/u...dDreaming3.mp3

Enjoy! I've had lucid dreams every night after listening to it, though I do practice MILD and RCs, too. Mainly I think it helps you to expect to have lucid dreams.

Keep me in the loop with what you like.

some feedback, although I'm male, you should make a gender neutral version or also female version. Another one is you require that people already had lucid dreams, which is not a given here with the majority.

      This seems interesting.

When are you supposed to listen to the track, when you go to bed at night or when napping? Probably the most effective during a WBTB or a nap, isn't it?

Marsupilama, good points. I originally made it for me, and I'm a guy that's had numerous lucid dreams. Not an excuse, just an explanation. Check out the other two as well, they are more oriented for the beginner.

Killing, the first has a wakeup at the end, so you can listen whenever if you turn it off before the wakeup. The second is designed to be listened to before you sleep, it will help you drift off. The third I made with the idea that you listen to it in the morning or afternoon, because it also contains positive suggestions about being confident and believing you can do what you need to do.

I've been using the command edition for a few times so far.
The first two times I had very strong hypnagogia, almost very short lucid episodes.
Now I usually fall asleep very quickly and wake up very refreshed at the end of the track.

I learnt that one should avoid negotiations during hypnosis. You say something like: It doesn't matter if you can't see the pictures that clearly (or something like that).

I would think of something like:
You visualise as good as you can and the more often you try the more vivid and realistic your internal pictures become

I have a project in process (in my signature) for a full tutorial for people to make a custom mp3 self-hypnosis session to induce natural DILD's without the need for any other induction methods. As my life has become incredibly busy the project is still in progress.

My intention is not to hijack this thread but to point out that hypnosis is a very powerful tool for budding oneironauts.

      Thanks for your input, EmoScreamo!

That's very interesting, mcwillis. There are a million and one ways to use focused imagination to increase our powers as oneironauts. Lucid dreaming is a fascinating application of hypnosis!
