I use 200mg B_6 and it works well but I only use it once every other week. It seems to work just once and then change to another like DMAE so I have a collection of alternates. B_6, Ginko,DMAE, 5_HTP,and so on, But I find most of them are also found in your fridge and work better, Like an orange, Can of Sardines or fish oil pills etc.. |
