I'd recommend not bothering with them most of it is just binuaral beats which dont really work like people claim they do read this: Quantum-Mind-Power-System will not help you | The Skeptic Detective |

Having found a number of soundtracks on youtube aimed at inducing lucid dreaming, I'm wondering which online media aids people have found particularly effective for this purpose. What are your recommendations? |

YouTube videos will help you, and might get you a lucid dream occasionally. You shouldn't rely on them though because they are not exactly amazing one of a kind miracle that will get you lucid all the time. You might want to look up lucid subliminal messages mp3's these are scientifically proven to at least influence you. But the YouTube videos don't really have anything to back them up. But you should just focus on the basics first before dashing into any type of lucid aids. |

@Mr Sandman, Binaural beats actually help me alot with pre-WILD relaxation, though i am using a program called bwgen, not YouTube videos. |

learn to do it on your own instead of using a crutch. |

as far as a "tool" to help you. i would say to start meditation practice before bedtime. it is harder and more time consuming that taking supplements. it requires more discipline. but then you can happily say you did it on your own! i'm sorry if i sounded harsh before. i just feel that people should learn to do it at least a few times on their own before starting to use supplements, drugs, or binaural beats to induce a LD |

Hi there. I have been experimenting with sleeping with music on, and have been documenting my progress in this thread here: http://www.dreamviews.com/f44/my-exp...7/#post1979622 |
