The other day i was listening to some Gamma Binaural Beats to help me with my homework, after about 10 minutes i took out my headphones and stopped listening to them, but then i realised that there was a swirling sound in my ears sort of like (VOOM VOOM VOOM) this did not cause me to feel unstable in anyway but it did last for about 15 minutes.
Does anyone know what this might be and why it happens

This happens when you have become used to the binaural beats, once you stop listening to them you are trying to find a sound to listen but cant and your body keeps making it's own noise for a while. Don't worry about it.
To maintain high levels of focus and concentration (beta & gamma) during the day, your brain needs rejuvenating periods of delta and theta at night. Be sure to get high quality sleep.

Perhaps you haven't gotten much quality sleep?
You shouldn't worry, this "after-sound" is pretty much the same thing as seeing an after-image after looking at a light or staring at something for too long. It's normal.
Ya that happens to me a lot and I don't think it's a big deal. Sometimes I have trouble adjusting back to reality for about 20 minutes after listening to brainwave entrainment if I entered an extremely deep state.
This frequently happens to me too. After I stop listening to binaural beats I hear this kind of washing-machine noise in my head for a few minutes, and if someone talks to me they sound kind of underwater ... haha. But yeah, like everyone else has been saying, it's normal. Don't worry about it.
