theta music/meditation linked to lucid dreaming! for some people...

WELL I KNEW HOW I WAS Failing at lucid dreaming first of all sleep deprivation 2 wilds but the only time i had 2 lucid dreams is when i listened theta meditation and while doing the meditation so i did some research about this and this came up Theta Brain Waves - Everything You Need To Know theta actully helps lucid dreaming (i should of known since i got my 2 lucid dreams out of it :P) so instead of sleep deprivation approach im going to try the theta approach because thats the only way i can lucid dream so far and see what i get it worked for me to times so why not today :shadewink:

I use binaural beats too, though i don't rely on them, but rather i use them for relaxation and as an reality check with headphones. :zzz:

i use isochronic tunes i bought it at meditation power (store) and thats how i got my lucid dreams actully i had 3 lucid dreams with it but the first one did not count because it was so blury and so short anyway theta binaural beats are almost the same but its always good to meditate with both of them for higher chances of lucid dreaming

insomnia kept me up damnit and did not fall asleep! :( i will try today but i mostly failed because of insomnia

yes it worked :D my third lucid dream ( which is exellent because after my second lucid dream i had a dry spell) i have not been online for a while because i was practicing and practIce paid off i had a long 5 to 10 minute lucid dream that i won't go into detail because of what i did but i was at some place and there was some girls and i rememberd that i was dreaming and it went down hill from there, but have along the way there was these people who where going to kill me and i tried to imagine a sword and felt something on my hand but seen nothing so i swung like i had a sword and it decapetated him (Weird dream) and then it ended so im going to keep what i was doing THE COOL THING WAS THOUGH I DID NOT DO AN RC CHEAK AND STILL KNEW I WAS DREAMING *but i was only 2/4 aware* all i have to do is remember dreams better and keep listening to theta
