      Lightbulb Lumosity Helps to Become Lucid?

      I'm guessing Lumosity brain trainer helps increase chances of lucidity, right?

      It helps you "harness your brain's neuroplasticity" so Idk it has to help with lucid dreaming. Just wondering.

      I'm pretty sure that website really doesn't do anything but help you get better at the exercises so it looks like you're getting smarter.

      Apparently it is supposed to help with memory.

      If you do get better memory, dream recall has a lot to do with memory, so it could help.

      I have thought about using it for dreams before too.
