      So, i want to ask you what aids, foods do you use for lucid dreaming?
      I want to increase mi chances, so yeah, post them if you want.

      I would suggest menthol as a dream aid in general. Although it is not necessarily linked to lucid dreaming it is great for vividness and recall.
