Ahaha xD well you can always use a pen with flashlight or something. Or a voice recorder. Or a computer.

Look into LED charting pens or log pens that pilots and navigators would use. I settled on a Weems & Planth pen with a green LED designed not to disrupt your night vision the way white light does. Least expensive of the LED pens with good customer comments on Amazon, and you can replace the ink cartridge with cartridges from normal pens.
Smart phone is a good glow in the dark paper.
Man, they need to make these.
Lets start a rally against all those paper making companies. :P
Or just use the toilet paper.
