What supplements, aids, practices, mentalities, and ways to help the success rate of a lucid dream?

This meaning, what foods to eat before sleep, what to do daily, just before sleep, and other common things that can aid in attaining a lucid state. This can include self pep talk, anything really but categorized in the 2 categories.
