Lucid Dream tea mixture?will it work?

Ok so I'm experimenting with making my lucid dream tea mixes.And Im gonna create a new mixture tonight.I need some advice and your comments if you think it might work well?..
Anyway these are the ingredients:
Apple juice
Chamoline (dried)
Green tea leaves (dried)
Peppermint leaves (dried)
Peppermint extract
Vanilla
100% homemade natural honey
Blackberry extract.

This is gonna be a complicated tea 0_0
Anyway do you think it will work?

I'm also going to take a vitamin B6 tablet and a vitamin C tablet

I don't really use drinks/herbs/substances aside from apple juice but a general tip I could give it to not mix them all at one time. It would be better if you start with one or two combined, and add one after a few attempts of the previous mixture. The reason for this is because if you mix them all at the same time, you'll never know which component had this certain effect and which component was useless. Whereas if you slowly observe the results after adding them slowly, you'll have a better understanding of what affects your dreaming/sleeping.

You can buy L-Theanine in pure form.
It is the substance in tea that makes you feel good.
Look it up.

I would not put peppermint along with all those sweet things... not for any other reason, it's just that the mint will destroy the flavor!

By the way what is Chamoline? I thought you said chamomile at first...
