Vitamin B6
After I read about this I decided to try it, so a few nights ago I took about 200-300mg of vitamin B6. That night I had two lucid dreams, I don't know if it was because of the placebo effect or if it is really effective.
The weird thing is that my dream recall was terrible since two nights ago, and I stopped taking the B6 to see if that was the problem. This morning I woke up and knew that I had had like 6 or 7 dreams, but I could only remember fragments. I have like 2-3 or even 4 dreams at night, so this is a little weird. Anyone has experienced this?

In US, upper safe limit for B6 for adults is 100 mgs. For teens it's 80mgs. You can get nerve damage from overdosing on B6.
Many people report success from much lover doser. You should try 25-50 mgs first. But definitelly don't continue with doses you are taking.

I feel that is too high of a dose. I know 100 mg an hour before bed three nights a week. I also take 10 mg of Melatonin with this sometimes, I have GREAT success with vivid, sometimes lucid dreams, with good recall.

I bought a B6 yesterday, I was going for the 100mg pills, but my store only hade it in 250mg pills. I split it in about more than a half, so aprox. I had 100g together with my WBTB.
I experienced that my recall went up and the vividness was very good. I dont know, this could of course be placebo.
As gab and AmbientXplosion wrote, maybe a lower dose will work better?
I will try it tonight as well, but I will reduce to about 50g and see what happends.

I've been reading about people taking doses over 300mg :? And also read that it can only damage you if you take a dose like 1000mg, but yeah, I'll try with a lower dose.
