      Any thoughts on this supplement and the ingrediants that are suppose to help increase dream memory?

      Galantamine does improve my dream recall, vividness and while it does not insure lucidity, it does tend to encourage it.

      The only downside is that it can leave you somewhat tired the next day.

      I'm not concerned about lucidity, I just want to know if it will greatly increase the vividness of my dreams because remembering my dreams is very important. they give me ideas that I need note down in my memory. writing them in a notebook is unfortunately not an option.

      Yes, gallantamine will help with all that. Keep in mind that it will only help; securing it all is still your problem.

      You may want to search for 'Advanced Lucid Dreaming - The power of supplements' by Thomas Yuschak. Great book and you may read everything about this and many more supplements.
