Vitamin B6 does make your dreams more vivid!

      Hello people,

Last 3 nights i've been experimenting with vit- B6. I know that vit b6 already got some attention to lucid dreaming, but with this experiment i just want to state it. The nights before the experiment, i could remeber 1 or 2 dreams with a little detail. The experiment:

the first night i took 300 mg vit b6 before sleep. The first night, i remembered 3 dreams with detail, but also forgot some dreams.

the next night i took 250 mg vit B6 before sleep. This night, i remembered 4 dreams with high detail. also, the dreams got extremely vivid!

the third night i took 400 mg vit b6 before sleep. This night, i remembered 6 very long dreams. The vividness was exceptionally high. i could remember almost any detail i wished to remember. I could remember everything that DC said. It was like i never went to bed, because all i can remember of the night is dreams and waking life stuff.

My conclusion: I think vit b6 on regular base increases dream vividness and memory, because the first night i didnt really have much effect. I normally reacall 2-3 dreams per night, with average detail ( without supplements )

Your results are certainly interesting, but I would urge you to keep the doses either lower, or less frequent. B6 accumulates in the body, and it becomes toxic at some point. Therefore, daily use should probably be kept at 100 mg or less, and individual doses should probably only occasionally exceed 200 mg - and NEVER reach as high as 1000 mg (which would be acutely dangerous - and painful).

I use B6 (141 mg) maybe three nights per week, and that works out well for me.

So ... is this the real universe, or is it just a preliminary study?

Thanks for the info. I'll lower my dosis to keep things safe
