      Nfri's experimentation: Galantamine + choline + nicotine = 2hrs of lucid dreaming

First of all I would like to say, that I owe thanks to the book - advanced lucid dreaming: the power of supplements. Google search the name .pdf and you can download it for free. I follow this guide to lucid dreaming supplements and I do some my own experimentation based on this book. Lately I have bad results using my usual method for achieving lucids (mild, deild...) /1-2 per week/, but when I started experimenting with galantamine and stuff, it triggers lucid dreaming even without doing mild. All you need to do is just take the right amount of substance with precisely timing. Timing is really crucial here. The most powerful combination I've found is galantine + choline + nicotine. It triggered me 2 hours lding sesion which was frigteningly long! I've never eperienced such a wierd sensation from returning to my normal body. I think this happened, because my brain used to the dream body for so long. It was also first time I did wake up at will, because I was afraid that the waking up is possible and if I'm not dead already. (hehe noob in high level lucid dreaming)

I had plenty of time to try a lots of things in my 2 hours lucid sesion, but the problem is that I was so confused when I wake that I haven't done proper dream recall and I think that my recall ability is not good enough to recall such a long time of dreaming. It's like you would try to recall all scenes in the 2hrs movie chronologically. What I remember purely is activities I've tried for competition but I don't know what was happening in the first 2 lucid clearly. For example in my first long lucid I've tried 24 times teleportation in 3 different house's doors with only 2 successful results. I've tried mass telekinessis, lots of flying 15 times, weather change, summoning, dc interactions, object changing, wall walking, and I even have 15 minutes dinner with my ex-girlfriend include sex afterwards. And lots of other stuff. What is great is that I was all the time fully lucid. For example Stehen LaBerge suddenly spawned in my dream and he tried to show me some stabilization technique, but I know that it was just a crazy dc in my mind so I wasn't giving him my attention.

What was different than others lucid dreams that I've heard something like sport commentary on the backgournd of the dream, but I didn't pay attention at it. I've just ignored it.

If anyone is interested in my ''success'' here's exactly what I did to achive these long high level lucids:

Evening: I do my relaxation technique - drink 2 beers and watch interesting movie and let my stress and depresive thoughs go away. Alcohol should supress rem stage in the first 4 hours of sleep.
      1:00 a.m. - Go to sleep
5:04 - Naturaly wake up. It takes me 15 minutes to convince myself that it's really important to go out of bed. 2 dreams and 1 fragment recalled. I sit in the kitchen and I write them to my laptop and I do dream signs analysis.
5:55 - Take 4mg of galantamind and 400mg of choline bitartrate
I talk with my mum who's going to work and I'm eating honey cake with milk
6:35 - Take one pill of nicotine lozenge 4mg (bought it yesterday - brand nicorette for around 5$) and put it under my tongue. It should take 20 minutes to disolve there. I'm not a smoker so after like 10 minutes of having the lozenge in my mouth I feel really dizzy and bad, like I would smoke 20 cigarettes at once. I was dizzy and I wanted to spit the pastel out, but I've decided to keep it in my mouth for the lucid dreaming experimentation. I've hoped that it will bring me some valuable information from the experimentation.
6:55 - I'm back in the bed. I still feel really bad, try to do mild for 2 minutes, but I stop and just try to sleep. I hardly asleep in 10 minutes
9:10 - I wake up and I've been really confused what I've experienced last 2 hours. I was so confused that I didn't focus on proper dream recall.

The miracle is that these supplements really work... Try this combination and timing and I can assure you that you will sh*t your pants from this lucid dreaming. Share the results with us!

Your experience and suggestions are warmly welcome !!!

      Wow that is stunning.

How expensive would a single endeavor like this cost? Also, is the nicotine necessary, do you feel like it made a significant difference?

While the results do sound interesting, in the endeavor to prolong dreams, I can't say I would recommend what you tried. I don't discourage some of the supplements, but I can't say I'd advise using alcohol and nicotine, never mind combining them.

      Hey dutchraptor,
I've been experimenting with galantamine + choline alone and it made me lucid 4times out of 5. These lucids were my usual lucids around 10 minutes long. When I took 4mg dose of nicotine, it made surely significant difference.

I'm from central europe and I've ordered galantamind and choline from the US -from swanson health products.

A single endeavor? Lets do some math:
      50$ : 90 pills = 0,55
      7$ : 100 pills = 0,07
      5$ : 20 pills = 0,25
      + postage

Therefore this implies that one night try of this combination is around 1$

It is wise to use nicotine pill maximum 1 per week and galantime one per 4 days, because of desensitization.

Hey man, so I tried galantamine 8mg + 500mg choline for the first time. I was wondering if I could get some advice... I was somewhat aware in all of my dreams but they felt like just vivid HI, not sturdy enough to fully immerse in. I did get a strong DILD but it collapsed after a minute.... and the first LD of the night with it was a wild, but it took an hour to get. I took it at like 4 am and had the wild at 5 so I'm not convinced the galantamine helped all that much. Especially since this WILD also collapsed after a few minutes, even after I stabalized a lot (I rubbed myself all over the ground too for good measure :p) anyways I was wondering if you had any tips or advice! You said timing is everything so if you could point me in the right direction about when or how to do this, that would be greatly appreciated.

      Hey parkmeats!

Yes, timing is everything with supplements!

      This is my proven schedule:

      1. go to sleep
      2. wake up after ~4-5 hours (I do 4), recall and write your dreams
      3. go out of the room, even go out of your house, go out and little run or go shop - talking with a vendor will wake you sufficiently
      4. after 1 hour since waking up take galantamine + choline (peak plazma level is 1 hour)
      5. after 1 hour and 30 minutes take nicotin gum/losenge and go to bed
      6. suck it in the bed for ~12 minutes until it dissolves
      7. while sucking in the bed I do short mild
      8. sleep

I can guarantee that if you will follow this time schedule, you will attain enormous results!
(I don't practice wild, because it affect falling asleep and timing)

Thank you very much! I don't use the nicotine but that galantamine and choline advice was very helpful. I did try WILD and you are right, it affected my entire WBTB schedule. Much appreciated, and will probably give it a try tonight.

I've heard from other sources that nicotine (for a non-smoker, obviously) is an extremely potent dream inducer, making non-lucids more vivid and memorable and making it easier to go lucid. Just be careful you take long breaks between uses because, well...it is quite addictive.

Tried Nicorette nicotine lozenge, experimenting effects and potential as lucidity trigger.

At bedtime: 5-HTP, 90 minutes before bed.
      WBTB 4 hours later.
      Dosage: 2*2mg nicotine lozenge = 4mg, 5 minutes after W; BTB 20 minutes later.
      LD: 1, DEILD
      OBE: 1, WILD
      NL: 2

      Very vivid, strange, intense dreams.

LD: was going in and out of dreams. Suddenly saw a wall inside a house with guns hanging from the wall. Instantly recognized it was a dream, got up and ran towards the wall and grabbed a gun. Decided to investigate the house. There were several huge safes, refrigerator size and a stairway to the second floor. Was going to start trying to open a safe when I spontanesouly decided to reinforce self-awareness by remembering and stating that my body was back in bed sleeping... I woke up.

OBE: after WILDing I felt very strong force propelling me upward into a dark, empty void. Enjoyed the sensation of flying and swimming deeper into the void awaiting for a dream to form. Then I started to glide back down and landed on a brick floor that appeared below me and suddenly felt like I returned back into RL body; woke up.

NL: in one NL, I felt suddenly sick, like completely draining out of energy when I was trying to move a drum set. It happened several times, every time I wanted to move the set, this horrible, sickening feeling of lack of energy engulfmed me. I must have gained some lucidity because I decided I wanted out of there, and rejected the dream and sensed how I came out of the dream back into RL and woke up. The sensation was similar to when you are under water and you decide to quickly go up to the surface. As soon as I woke up I felt perfectly fine.

      awasome Fly by night!

im going to buy some lozenges tomorrow and start to experiment as well! But gonna start with lower dosages like 0.5 to 1mg It's super effective for non-smokers especially with G and choline. Btw Im not encouraging using nicottine, but in lower dozes basicly one per long time work good. The desetisation mechanism and corelating with other stuff is unkonwn to me, but as I said, if you manage good timing and fall asleep which is hard on caffeine or nicotine, results in kick ass insane clear lucidity.

How's the 5-htp work for you? I never really tried many times that stuff, because i read some '!bad stuff'' about it but concidering to add it to my mix. I prefer using alcohol or melatonin for rem rebounds.

^^ 5-HTP I´ve been using 100mg capsules (coincidentally, Swanson brand!). I think it works as described for more restful sleep and then REM rebound, but nothing remarkable. I will try melatonin and compare, never have used it. Seems like it works for you?

I have been assembling a stash of supps. to match all of Yuschak´s according to his book. I want to get really familiar with them and experiment with dosages and combos. I do have G and Choline B. Next ones to buy are Yohimbine and Huperzine-A. He states that 4 supps. can be lucidity triggers: G, Alpha-GPC, Yohimbine and Nicotine. So for me they are a must have if I´m going to study this stuff and experiment.

As far as the Nicotine, I bought the Nicorette brand, mini lozenge, 2mg. That way I can manage the dose better than the 4mg. The two I used took a looooong time to dissolve. About an hour, all the time under the tounge. I will some day buy patches too and experiment. Imagine a patch AND lozenges at the same time...... Yushack says he typically hears music with nicotine, ....I have not heard one nicotine note yet .

There are sooooo many supps that are supposed to help with dreams and LDs. Natural ones too, like apple cider vinegar, etc, etc. So Im gonna try some of those also. But overall I would really like to know how to WILD without supps, and develop a strong LD muscle sans supp. Then can add the supps. to turn on the turbo modes.
