I've tried isochronic tones and binaural beats, but they don't work for me. It could be different for other people, since reactions vary depending on the person. It could work for you, though.
I see. Perhaps I'll try it sometime this weekend and see how well it works for me.
I've also tried isochronic tones for a few weeks but had no success. Like AstralMango said just because it didn't work for me doesn't mean it won't for others.
