Lightbulb I want to make iPhone app for WILD

      Hey guys,
I am lucid dreamer myself for few years. I was reading the forum many times - it actually got me to LD. Me personally I use WILD but I didn't find any useful iPhone app for it. I pretty much need something like Sleep Cycle but with multiple alarms which shut themselves after few seconds.

Only app I found was Singularity Experience but it crashes at my iPhone 4s. So I told to myself why not to build my own app. It would be basically just more advanced alarm clock and I wish to include accelerometer the same way Sleep Cycle uses it to wake me up a little when in REM. It would be a alarm clock with multiple alarm which shuts itself after few seconds and wakes you up few times in the morning when you are in REM.

What do you think about it? Or is there any other need in Lucid Dreaming apps space which I can target?

      Thank you!

I use an app for android, but it rings every 15/30 min ( it is just an alarm, doesn´t detect REM of course, but it can hit sometimes )

      Check this thread

Check your memory, did any suprising event happpen ? does the present make sense ? visualize what you will do when lucid, and how. Reality check as reminder of your intention to lucid dream tonight. Sleep as good as you can; when going to sleep, relax and invite whatever comes with curiosity. Grab your dream journal immediately as you awake and write everything you can recall (if only when you wake up for good). Keep calm, positive and persistent, and don't forget to have fun along the way

That is a cool thread. What do yo think about creating an iPhone app which would wake you up a little during REMs?

That would be the easiest "dream dign" ( although not properly a dream sign ) because it doesn´t rely on you as much as recognizing dream signs in the midst of the dream, or a light sign in the dream. We can use a rudimentar alarm app ( but it will also disrput normal sleep and not just REM ).

Anyway, we hope technology will bring us closer to that goal, targetting REM with increasing specifity. And we've been watching many new developments.
