      Alarm clock help?

Well, I read in multiple posts that it's best to WILD after being asleep for a few hours, but I can't find a good alarm. I need a digital clock that goes off at a certian time and turns itelf off after a few seconds, and is preferably compatible with headphones. Anyone got suggestions?

P.S. sorry if this is the wrong place to put this post in, I'm not sure where it's supposed to go.

Don't know about an actual alarm clock. Try using your smartphone though; set a reminder in your calendar app if you're using iOS and it should only ring for the duration of the tone selected (think default one is 8 seconds). For Android there's an app that allows you to set a certain time for your alarm but I can't remember the name

For a WILD, it doesn't have to shut off by itself, since for a WILD you need to get up and do a WBTB. If you mean for a DEILD, check out the Lucid aids section, where I'm moving your post. Happy dreams

I use the app Alarm Clock Plus for android.

Using an alarm is fine but you might also want to try using a mantra to wake yourself up. Also, I've noticed sometimes when the alarm is set for the same time each day it causes me to wake up at that time even without the alarm, I guess it builds a habit.
