Without further ado.. |

Check your memory, did any suprising event happpen ? does the present make sense ? visualize what you will do when lucid, and how. Reality check as reminder of your intention to lucid dream tonight. Sleep as good as you can; when going to sleep, relax and invite whatever comes with curiosity. Grab your dream journal immediately as you awake and write everything you can recall (if only when you wake up for good). Keep calm, positive and persistent, and don't forget to have fun along the way

Interesting, I just found small bottle rosemary oil. How can I get this to my brain? |

I would put some drops on my pillow! |

Has anybody tried this and made it work? |

I've started doing Anuloma Viloma Pranayam (breathing meditation) with some Rosemary essential oil on my wrist and hand, taking deep inhalations through each nostril separately. |

"Once upon a time I dream't I was a butterfly, fluttering hither and thither. I was conscious only of my happiness as a butterfly. Soon I awaked, and there I was, veritably myself again. Now I do not know whether I am a man dreaming I was a butterfly, or whether I am a butterfly, dreaming I am a man."-Lao Tzu ॐ
But the problem is that dreamy memory is unrelated to the memory that is used during the day. |
