Does Choline B work as effectively as Choline Bitartrate??

I have bought Galantamine, but haven't tried it yet because I want to combine it with Choline. However, where I live I can't find pure Choline Bitartrate, only Choline B which is Choline Bitratrate added Vitamin B complex. Has anyone used Choline B to induce lucid dreams? Will it work Choline Bitartrate?

Dude just try it. B vitamins wont keep it from working. It might even be better. I know galantamind adds B5.
