Does vitamin B6 build a dependency?

So this is my first time posting here and i'm sorry if i'm posting in the wrong section but here is my question: does taking vitamin B6 build a dependency for vivid dreams? When I took it the first time, I had a insanely vivid dream and I was amazed by the results. But I limit my self to one vitamin a week because I don't want to build a dependency on them. To put things simply, if I took vitamin B6 everyday, would I lose vividness and recall when I stopped them. Should I limit my self to these dream boosters?

The limit is 100mg/day, and some countries set it to 50mg/day in adults. A higher dose may cause skin problems and sensory neuropathies. I don't know if its effects would decrease, but watch out with the dosage.

I don't know a whole lot about supplements but I don't think it would build a dependency, it's more likely the vitamins would lose their effect.
