      Green Tea and Prescription Medication

Hey, so I've basically got two questions.
One about green tea, and one about prescription medication.

I understand there's a few threads about green tea already, but my question is directed at a specific brand/product.
So there's this 'Asian shop' downtown, who sells asian foods/drink. And I came across this green tea called "Oishi Green Tea, so I bought a few. It seems to be of Japanese origin. So I'm wondering wether this green tea would actually have the desired effects known from green tea, when it comes to inducting lucid dreaming.
The reason I'm wondering is because I don't know if I should expect the same effect from a mass produced, plastic bottle green tea as I would with the more "natural" approach. Any information would be grately appriciated. Anything from facts, to pure speculation.

My second question is about prescription medication, specifically sleeping meds.
I'm on 25mg Quetiapine Orifarm Generics a day. Also known better as Seroquel in the States. This is a "Anti-Psychotic" drug, and is used for a wide range of reasons. I'm taking them mainly to help me sleep. It makes me really tired, and I quickly fall asleep an hour or so after taking it (I take them at night before bed).
I'm wondering if this could have any affect on inducing Lucid Dreaming, in a positive, or negative way.

Thank you for answering my questions, this is my first post except my introduction; so I hope I'm not breaking any "unwritten" forum norms.

If you're on anti-psychotics, then you should deal with your major mental illnesses before attempting to lucid dream. You don't get on seroquel for mild insomnia.

Where do you live that they are prescribing Seroquel for insomnia?

Try searching the forum for Seroquel you should find a few threads I think where it has been discussed in relation to dreaming.

I live in Norway, born and raised. I have.. Let's just say quite a few other reasons for being but on Seroquel, except for sleep problems, being the main reason. I'm also on Effexor (Anti-depresive)
