I read something in an article where someone said they had 60 shots of espresso and it gave them vivid dreams. Thoughts? I would never risk doing that first because I hate coffee and second because of the health risks.

I don't think 60 shots is necessary. Pretty much anything that 'speeds you up', I've noticed, can increase the chances of vivid dreams. Everything from B6, to caffeine, to sugar, etc. Assuming you are able to sleep through whatever it is you're ingesting, your dream activity will usually be more intense.
That is the exact reason, couldn't have said it better myself.Quote:

If you know how to use those as a supplement for Lucid Dreaming, it can really do its job. I never have problems sleeping, even after I drink coffee or energy drinks. I still do get a nice "jump start" from them, but when I lay in bed my mind clears and doesnt focus on it so I can fall asleep effortlessly. The trick is to not focus on it.
Anyways, it is definitely the B6 and caffeine in the espresso.

Any form of caffeine. Lose doses are best.
