      Ordered REMee, sooo Happy!

I'm so happy because I ordered Remee. Some people are saying it doesn't work for them, but who says it can't work for me. It is the best purchase i have ever made this whole year. It's still not delivered to me but i'm waiting.

I'm working myself to becoming a Pro lucid dreamer and this aid will benifit me alot. I know there is the REM Dreamer and others coming up but theyr'e expensive, i'm not interested in them so much.

Some people want instant gratification so they want a mask to just automatically give them Lucid dreams. I'm not into that. I want to work for it too. The mask is just an aid. Since i have alittle trouble doing it on my own.

But i'll keep practicing my traditional techniques of meditation and mantras and all that.
      Wish me luck

Good luck! Keep extensive records of all your experiments and settings so you can find what works for you best.

Remee was a big waste of money for me, it does not track REM. Hope it worked for you, it now sits in my drawer and collects dust.

renee is not entirely useless. It helps with waking up for WBTB gently, I find. And I still hope to hit on a winning combination of the settings for late morning DEILD snoozing, when one is basically guaranteed to be in long REM already.

As for hitting a dream from bedtime using the initial setting, with my irregular sleep schedule, it's pretty much pointless. I've used it on over 100 nights and have seen the signals in the middle of a dream only 2 times, both times waking me up with a shock. And that's with a very very frequent interval (only 5 minutes in between signals after the initial delay).

It's a pretty good sleep mask though, good eye coverage, and can sleep with it reasonably well if the weather is not too hot, otherwise it's too hot on the forehead/eyes. But I had been sleeping with a sleep mask for months before trying remee.
