My 3rd night in a row of taking 100mg of B6 was not good. I did recall above average, but I woke up and couldn't get back to sleep. Had to get up and watch TV, then took some melatonin to get back to sleep. |

Sure LUCID DREAMS are all fun and games until someone loses a third eye.
Well I took a couple days off, hit the B6 again and it was marvelous. Still some struggling to sleep, but great recall and overall great dreaming. I'll have to watch my intake, but it seems to be a great supplement. |
