My 3rd night in a row of taking 100mg of B6 was not good. I did recall above average, but I woke up and couldn't get back to sleep. Had to get up and watch TV, then took some melatonin to get back to sleep.

remember 100 200 even 300 mg or more is ok once in a while,
but I wouldn't take more than 2.5g per month max

so maybe look for 25mg or 50mg and take 25, 50, or 75 per day if your going to take everyday
      long term I would't exceed 100/day tho

The first sign of overdose is loss of propioception
followed by peripheral sensation and peripheral pain
it is slow to reverse and could be permanent

so don't overdose on B6 over time

or if your going to take 100mg be sure it isn't in your other meds (don't worry about calculating in food sources tho)
my 10mg Melatonin has 10mg of it, and I often take quite a few so for now I have stopped taking any straight B6

outrageously even my 5mg slow release contains 10mg of B6 per pill (2x the dose of the main drug, and its in the fine print)
Sure LUCID DREAMS are all fun and games until someone loses a third eye.

Well I took a couple days off, hit the B6 again and it was marvelous. Still some struggling to sleep, but great recall and overall great dreaming. I'll have to watch my intake, but it seems to be a great supplement.

Although it doesn't seem to be a gigantic jump from my typical dreaming, as I can normally do well if I make the effort. But it seems to go to a next level where I recall just about everything and its like a polished version w/out it.

I have a high protein diet so I'm sure that helps.
