      "Herbal Insomnia"

I was at my local drug store looking for valerian root pills, but couldn't find anything. I did stumble across something I had googled earlier as an alternative, called 'herbal insomnia' which includes:

      • Valerian Root 200 mg
      • (Valeriana officinalis) (from 50 mg powdered extract 4:1)
      • Passionflower Herb (Passiflora incarnate) (from 20 mg powdered extract 4:1) 80 mg
      • Chamomile Flower (Matricaria recutica) 60 mg
      • Hops Strobiles (Humulus lupulus) 50 mg
      • Wild Lettuce Leaf (Lactuca virosa) 40 mg

Have you guys heard of any of these ingredients, besides VR, working to help attain lucidity? I'll update you on if it works.

I tried it last night. The recommended dosage is 4. I took one, just for starting it off.

I had the best vivid dream i've had.

Cool, keep careful records, and see how it works for you in the long run. I had amazing vivid dreams and some lucidity the first time I took body-builder protein powder at bed time since my son said it gave him wild dreams. After that it basically never repeated….
