      Exclamation Vitamin B-6 and numbness

I took b-6 for a while. Not a lot, and not rededately, but for a small while I did get headaches and numbness. I don't know if it was from the b-6, or one of the other dream substances I used, but obviously any research will show you b-6 can cause numbness.

It has stopped now for a good two weeks, would it be safe to try b-6 again (maybe 50mg instead of the 100mg I was taking) or should I stay on the side of caution and avoid it?

In my experiences dude, Use B6 one or twice a week... MAX.

I Don't know how often you were using it or maybe the other supplements you were using might be a factor but still to be on the safe side only take half a pill on the regular once a week. That way you couldn't possibly be overdosing if you keeping the same schedule while reducing the dosage... Just to be safe yu' know.

The reason i responded though is cause once someone reports numbness your starting to witness the negative sides of B6, so just watch out dude and Good luck!

Thank you! And honestly, I wasn't taking it that often. When I did, it was very limited, and I made sure to take breaks between usages. One of my friends uses b-6 and has used it for longer periods than I ever did. Actually, now that I think about it, the side effects started to show up AFTER I stopped the b-6, not while I was taking it. It could have been anything really.

Hmmm.. But I heard PB works too. Maybe I'll gulp some down tonight with 50mg of b-6
