I feel like i'm spamming this part of the forum, but it moves a lot slower then the other ones.. and since my last posts were last night, I decided i'd compile some of my new findings.

Last night I ate 4 big gulps of peanut-butter. Yuck. But throughout the night I had 4 insane dreams. I wouldn't say 1tbsp = 1 dream (because it's most likely just a coincidence) but the PB did improve the quality of my dreams.

Today I also found a multivitamin chew thing in my cabinet. Will try it. A few of the ingredients I recognize from the forums, and so I'll post them below:

Vitamin A (as retinyl palmitate)..378 MCG
Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid)..15mg
Vitamin D (as cholecalciferol)..5mcg
Vitamin E (as d-aplha-tocopheryl acetate)..5mg
Niacin (as inositol niacinate)..5mg
Vitamin B-6 (as pyridoxine HCI)..1mg

Folic Acid ..200mcg
Vitamin B-12 (as cyanocobalamin)..3mcg
Pantothenic acid (as calcium d-pantothenate)..5mg
Choline (as choline bitartrate).. 20mcg
Inositol (as inositol niacinate)..1.5mg

A few of the items I bolded, as they seem to be common dream supplements. Hopefully this works tonight

Anyone have any luck with multivitamins/peanut butter?
