Not So Great News about my REM Dreamer experience
Hi Guys.
Seems i have more recall without using the REM dreamer. The REM dreamer is just too bulky and also i find it it's always off my face when i wake up.
Now i feel i rather go back to the REMEE(which i have too) cause that's comfortable . And don't rely entirely on it but practice dream recall and lucid dreaming techniques and just use the REMEE as an extra boost.
But yeah i'm kind of disaippointed at the REM Dreamer. i used it for weeks now and i don't see any lights in my dreams and i don't hear any sounds in my dream( even though i have my recording recorded and it plays)
and also i don't really understand cause the flashes and sound keep playing every 10 minutes after the time delay yet it's hard to understand why if there's so many of those (after the REM begins) why is it i don't get any of that merge into my dreams.
Even things like basic alarm or me wanting to pee in real life are some things that make their way into my dreams somehow. Yet with the REM Dreamer, not the Flashing lights NOR the recording make their way into my dreams.
I have the lights at a good brightness and the audio level at a good level too.
Here's how it works.
So i set the Delay to 4:30 hours after i go to sleep . After that it should start checking if i go into REM. And when it does.. then it starts giving you cues every 10 minutes. SO you would think that since you'll get many of those that at least something would make it into your dreams. but nop. hasn't happened in any way shape or form. Only the first time i used it i got something like a lucid dream but probably wasn't from the REM Dreamer. Although at first i thought it was due to the REM Dreamer.
LIke i said, part of the reason it might not be working is cause it falls off.
ANd then, to keep the thing secured on my head i have to tighten it hard...and then when i wake up i have red marks around my nose and soreness. from the device(mother board) pressing against my nose bone and cheeks.
So yeah like i said. I might still use the REM Dreamer some days once in a while but for the most part i'm gonna use the comfortable REMEE and just stick to natural lucid dreaming practice;-)
