      Do any of these products aid lucidity?

      So I got this sleep spray in a hotel and a sort of roll thingy which you need to roll over your veins and rub them together. They are very effective for falling asleep and staying asleep for a long time. Does that aid lucidity? Anyways here are the ingredients:

      Aqua (Water), Polysorbate 20, Phenoxyethanol, Benzoic Acid, Dehydroacetic Acid, Ethylhexylglycerin, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, Pogostemon Cablin (Patchouli) Oil, Vetiveria Zizanoides (Vetiver) Root Oil, Cinnamomum Camphora (Camphor) Bark Oil, Chamomilla Recutita (Blue Chamomile) Oil, Geraniol, Citronellol, Limonene, Linalool.

      (Spray)

      Ethylhexyl Palmitate, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) oil, Eucalyptus Globulus (Blue Gum) Leaf Oil, Ravensara Aromatica Leaf Oil, Boswellia Carterii (Frankincense) Oil, Eugenol, Geraniol, Limonene, Linalool.

      Water can be used as a way to have multiple wakings throughout the night if you cannot get it naturally. Other than that, I find (not by personal experience, but by talking to others) that supplements make your frequency go up first, but then down after that. It was always my goal to have LDs nightly, so supplements to have a lucid one night, but not the next seems like going down a road that doesn't lead to omni-lucidity.
