Subliminal Lite App (Android)

Heyoo dreamaz! There's an app out there that I've discovered some months ago called Subliminal Lite. I use it on android (Sorry Iphonez) Basically, one day I was thinking to myself how awesome it would be to have something going on in the background of my thoughts to add to my lucid efforts. There is only so much we can do consciously. I realized my cellphone is always on me and I look at it often, why not have it help? Subliminal Lite allows 2 sentences to flash on your screen for milliseconds at a time. Sentences like "I am Dreaming" or "I will lucid tonight", for waking dream controllers any desired sentence can be used. I've been using it for two months so far and here are the main pros and cons: Pros: After a couple days you don't notice it is there. You go about your day and once in a while will remember it is still running. This is really cool to me because I'll remember it's been running and think "oh nice my subconscious has been getting this message the whole time" You can also use all caps or have different lengths of time for it to last on the screen. Cons When friends want to borrow my phone they get thrown off by the flashing. I will have totally forgotten it's on so it serves as another reminder for me that I have been getting this message the whole time. The only real way to remedy this is to remember to turn it off. Anyhow I've had some fun with the app, wanted to share the love. Best of all #free

I don't think my flip phone can handle it what sort of refresh rate does your phone have like 60hz? Maybe I can try on PC I think this screen only does 75hz if I lower res to 1280x1024 otherwise only 60hz at 1920x1080 is it making you semi-lucid more often? lucid?

Well I dunno if its just the app, I use other techniques as well, last night for example I had quite a few lucids but I'm always practicing ways of getting better I'm sure there's a computer app out there if u r looking for that. Subliminals are a good supplement to any lucid practice Glad u guys like it too!
