LucidEsc - Huperzine A + choline

Does anyone have much experience with this combination? I know Huperzine is not as popular as galantamine, but I'm in the UK and the only product combined with choline I have found is LucidEsc by *Link Removed* (they used to do a galantamine/choline combo but discontinued it).

Here's the thing - I have a lucid dream every 10 days or so, which is great, (usually WB2B) but my recall is very poor and the dreams barely last a minute or so. But my main frustration is not remembering. I don't really like the idea of supplements, but if they will increase my recall and length with little possibility of harm I think I will try them.

Not tried it myself, but I would be interested to hear how you get on if you do go for it.

Do you know what the dose of Huperzine A is compared to Galantamine? I've found that 8mg of G is best for me. 4mg or less doesn't seem to work. I presume Huperzine A would be the same, requiring an optimum dose?

I have just looked this up and I'm considering using it. On Amazon, the majority of reviews are 5 stars!

Huperzine-A is considered quite safe, doses start at 200µg
As for Galantamine you should take it only every few days, with at least 48 hours between doses to avoid tolerance.
