So many supplements

Since discovering Advanced Lucid Dreaming - The Power of Supplements 2 days back I have ordered everything in it via via Amazon & various other places.
I do lucid & have astral'd twice, my lucidity has increased to around once per week.

Some of the stuff came today so tonight I shall have a chuck everything in attempt & see what happens 'cos I want more than once per week.

Tonight I'll start off with:-
1 x 5-HTP at sleep time,
Then a WBTB 4 1/2 hrs later & take
1 x 4mg Galantamine
500mg Choline Bitartrate
300mg Jarrow Formulas Alpha Gpc

Shall I chuck a couple of dreamleafs into the mix???

(Still waiting for my Mucuna Pruriens to arrive) Oh & I also take 1 x vitimin B tablets everyday which are a mix of B1, B2, B6 & B12.

Now I believe I don't really need to take both the 500mg Choline Bitartrate & the 300mg Jarrow Formulas Alpha Gpc together, but just tonight I shall.

When I have previously lucid'd or astral'd though it has generally been through little to no effort. I've lucided after a couple of double whiskeys, although more than that & I just get no dream recall.
Reality checks don't work for me, it's always the questioning something silly within the dream that triggers lucidiy. (Astrals completly different, triggered once by a voice & once I just started floating out of my body)

I think why reality checks don't work for me is I don't have a body when lucid, yes I can bring up my hands or legs or whatever is (supposedly) needed once lucid but in general no body parts so plugging my nose or trying to spot my am I dreaming bracelet don't work.

So if anyone has any suggestions re the above, dosages etc I'd appreciate all comments & provided I don't OD tonight I will get back to you all tomorrow with an update.

Yuschak's book talks a lot about doses and timings. You presumably know about the long half -life of Galantamine and not to use it too often. I occasionally use 8 mg, but would always allow at least a week between use.
4 mg is a good dose to start with. I found it quite difficult to get back to sleep, but you may react differently.
Keep us posted with how you get on.
Huperzine A is another inhibitor that works like G. I've not tried it but might give it a go.

Huperzine A just Amazoned it & there are quite a few listed so I've just gone for it & bought Source Naturals Huperzine A, 60 Tabs, 100 Mcg. So go for it likewise, only £6.52, cheaper than Gs :-)

I'll report back on them next week or maybe the week after, I have bought rather a lot of supps of late.

Don't do a Woolies 'pick 'n mix' with the pills. Use the lowest dose first in case you are allergic, etc.

I occasionally use galantamine and choline (4/200 mg) at WBTB only which works well for me. I get no side effects to do with the stomach, etc.
My tub is over 2 years old now (just over the shelf life) but the remaining capsules are still good. Just keep them away from light and especially moisture/air contact.
There is usually a silica gel bag in the tub to reduce the latter issues.

Tech Head Steve BTW, did you get your G from abroad? I got mine from the U.S. but I got stung by the customs charge my end.

With the first link I just checked the main website where the company cite that the (Vivitamine) galantamine product has been discontinued, due to it being a prescription only drug in the UK. So it won't be available from there no longer.

Incidentally the latter link is where I got my batch from, except mine are the G+C version. You won't be disappointed though!
