Has anybody tried that? I'm not sure if I can fall asleep after a WBTB so I'm wondering if Calea will be too ineffective if I take it before I go to bed.

It works fine whenever you take it; I've tried taking it in the afternoon, and it still works.
There is an advantage in taking it at WBTB-time though. Since it really works, meaning it makes you dream more than you otherwise would have, it prevents you from getting the usual restful sleep during the early part of the night, if taken before bedtime. Overall this leads to a need to sleep more hours than normally. If taken at WBTB-time, there is not the same loss of deep, restful sleep.
An interesting side phenomenon of Calea (at least in my experience) is a completely messed up sense of time; I've woken up with the feeling of having slept for 3-4 hours, when in fact I had been asleep for only 45 minutes! :) This is probably a result of having been more conscious than normally during those 45 minutes, leading to a perception of more time haven gone by.
I see. Thanks = )
