Hey, I've recently come across some more binaural beats and I'm kind of curious.
Should I listen to them while I'm in bed, or before going to bed? I've always been doing the latter, because I currently don't have a phone, and even if I did, my dad would get a bit agitated by the sound, and I don't want to disturb anyone in my family with these, so I just use headphones to listen to them before bed. Does it work if I listen to them before going to sleep?

Hey, well it can work with any instrumentals to be honest (no voices) cus you just relax... u just need to find whats suitable for you and u just use it and relax ur mind / body to achieve your goal.

Why would u listen it before bed? and then in bed u wont? doesnt make sense :D
put your headphones on, lay on your back put the pillow behind your head in a comfortoable place, put the mobile on the side playing the (music instrumentals/ beats etc)
and relax, sleep... untill you fall asleep almost you will face sleep paralysis and on that moment just imagine a place like beach or a park no idea whatever u mind can imagine, and and dont try to wake up or something or else it will take alot time again to get your body fall asleep if you now what i mean, so yeah u wont be hearing alot the instrumental after you enter the lucid dream lol but u will abit.
