I was once really into lucid dreaming, and after a while stopped because I wasn't getting the results I was hoping for. I had spent quite a bit on some supplements, teas, herbs..etc.. that would help with my dream recall. This weekend I decided to try some of my old Valerian-Peppermint tea to help me sleep.

I had four amazing dreams. It's definitely something I would consider if you want something that's pretty "non invasive" and otherwise safe to take. As a Diabetic I really have to watch what supplements I'm taking, and Valerian is always one that's pretty safe.
