I have had best results with 50mg B6, although very inconsistent. |

I have been taking vitamin B-6 the last few nights and have played with dosages, I find 100 mg works best at helping my dream recall. Tonight instead of taking B-6 I will be trying a sleep formula which contains 100mg of Tryptophan. I here this can increase the number of dreams you have, the detail and the complexity of that detail. |

My results with almost every supplement I've tried are also very inconsistent. They're so inconsistent that I really wonder whether the effects are so minimal as to be statistically negligible, and that 99.99% of the improvement comes from the desire to remember more of the dream experience. |

Unless you use B6 all the time, and thereby possibly work up physical tolerance towards it, I don't think stopping its use will have detrimental effects beyond simply loosing the benefits. Actually, if it helps make you lucid more often, it will lead to you getting better acquainted with the dream world, which ought to be of lasting benefit (realising that you are dreaming should become easier, the more intimately you know the dream world). |

So ... is this the real universe, or is it just a preliminary study?
I like 5-HTP. It's my favorite. Mixed reviews about galantamine and choline. I've only tried it a couple times though |

There is no doubt about the efficacy of galantamine + choline(s) cocktails IMO. The problem with them is that it can be viciously tough to get back to sleep on them. They produce a more awake/active brain, and the insomnia is the evidence of that. Plus the amazing dreams if you do get back to sleep on them. |
