Should I buy a Remee?
So I'm a pretty deep sleeper (my neighbour's tree got struck by lightning and I didn't wake up!) and I'm not great at doing reality checks often. I've tried WILD but never get to sleep paralysis because I fall asleep which is out of my control. I'm just wondering whether buying a Remee would be beneficial or not.
Thanks

Probably not, unless you're particularly susceptible to patterns of light waking out from your deep sleep. A plain alarm clock or app that shuts itself off automatically would do pretty much the same thing and save you some money and discomfort.

REMEE doesn't even have REM detection system and costs a lot. For successful WILD, you should do a bit larger WBTB - wake up after 5-6 hours of sleep, stay up for half an hour and on and then try the WILD technique.
