Only's Easy Dream Character Creator [Warning - flashes]

Hi all, A while ago I had trouble identifying dream characters that could guide me in lucid dreams. They weren't clear or identifiable in the dreams. So I made this simple GIF.

How it works:

Look at the spinning lady for at least 5 minutes with lucid dream music. I use this one https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iWL-LgBANeU
While you are watching her spin, and listening to the music, have someone familiar in mind. A parent/friend/teacher/celeb anyone you can picture (fairly easily) in your mind, and project their image onto the spinning lady.
You should find, if you're trying to enter a lucid from awake, that the spinning lady's shadow will appear, hopefully with details of your projected image/person on her.
Let your eyes blurr.

I know it may seem a little strange watching it over and over, but it worked for me.

Focus on her thighs, let your eyes blur.
Don't worry if she changes direction.
