Using Tobacco and other herbs for WILD

I posted 2 weeks ago about my ongoing experimentation in using Tobacco and other herbs in order to attain LD through WILD approach. I received no interest at the WILD forum, and I wanted to ask if anyone is interested here to share information and experience.
Long story short, I had so far 5 attempts at using Tobacco in order to gain lucidity. 2 of them were successful, bot happened this week after I "Tweeked"my approach.

i've been picking and drinking lots of mugwort tea which is making me have lots of vivid dreams, but not increasing my awareness, also started putting teaspoon rosemary in tea supposed to be good for memory. used to smoke but quit although i might have an occasional cig,

If you're determined to go the nicotine route, try applying a nicotine patch when you wbtb. Supposedly this has yielded some decent results... at least on the short term anyway.

My reason for Tobacco (nicotine) is that it activates the acetylcholine receptors making it parallel to Galantamine.
It is a helping guide for me to explore the state in between dreaming and being awake. I have value in smoking the tobacco rathar than consuming nicotine
Do you feel difference from taking the rosemary?

Well i started them both at the same time, but my dreams are longer and more vivid with them i don't see any reason not to continue so i will probably continue just adding a teaspoon in my tea before bed, i heard Lavender might be bad for your memory but calming so i used to drink lots of lavender but taking a pause from that. I do remember my dreams being very vivid when i used to smoke possibly longer
