I just got some "Natures Own" B6 vitimin tablets (100mg). When should I take them and how much should I have? By the way, apparently I wont have any menstrual pain anymore :D lmao, that will be usefull, not sure my penis will agree though :wink:

I've heard it's best to wake up after about 4 to 6 hours of sleep, take one 100 mg pill, and go back to sleep.
Ok, thanks i'll try that.
I have 200mg B6 (1pill) and I usually take them around 2-3AM so my last couple of REM period dreams are very vivid and I feel it gives me more control and a chance for Lucidity!
