There are a number of vitamins and supplements that can help you attain lucidity, but none of them are guarantees. Do a search for B6 and B12 vitamins, and melatonin, those are just a few that are really popular. Of course you could just eat a banana before bed, same as taking bvitamins, a lot of people claim that chocolate helps too. Its all about trying to keep your mind awake and lucid while you are dreaming. All those items I have listed provide your body with energy or help you make energy, which can help in attaining lucidity, because the brain needs energy to stay awake. The deeper the sleep, the harder it would be to become lucid. I've experimented with a few vitamins, now I cant say that they have helped me gain lucidity, but damn, when I've taken b6, my dreams have been extremely vivid and intense, or it could be that it was just easier for me to remember the dream or my mind was more awake, so I lived the dream more so to speak...Anyways, i'm rambling...do a little research...there are tons of posts on the subject, i'm pretty sure I have an old post on it somewhere.

      Peace...sweet dreams

      Hi!

in the past, i've taken B6 to assist me in lucid dreaming. I found it helped for a month or so, but then things tapered off...

I think it can help for a while, but at the end of the day, most of the effort has to come from you.

I think there might be something in the tutorial section on different kinds of supplements, there's also something on crystals as well, if i remember rightly.
