Okay, so last night, I downloaded the 'Liquid Dreaming II' Program, but I found out it was only a trial version. Can anyone recommend any free Dream Journal Programs to help me with my Lucid Dreaming?

Yep, that&#39;s what happens with me too. So I scribble down the keywords or sentences so I can remember the jist of the dream. Then I type the whole thing into my Word document journal. As I&#39;m typing it, I usually remember all the details, but it takes me jotting it when right after I wake up to remember it at all.

I actually prefer pen and paper more than putting it to the net more quicker and its effiecient as sometimes dreams can only be a few seconds and by the time you get to your site to post the 3 second dream you&#39;ll have forgotten it... Hmmm Dark Blue Sky and ladder? what happend to the rest of that dream?&#33;?

This is my first post, but I have been reading things around here for a while.

      http://keynote.sourceforge.net/

This is a free program that, while not specifically designed to be a dream journal, is almost perfect for one.

It supports multiple "pages", and rich text editing (fonts, colors, etc.) I personally like to color code different things in dreams (dreamsigns, lucid moments, and things like that.)

You can even encrypt the file if you want to keep it private.

microsoft word? and if not even that, at least notepad, but the font hurts your eyes after a while(know from experience--hours of html programming)
*note*^ the above comment was not meant to be hurtful, nor insulting. It is just another of my cynnical observations of fact. If you happened to be offended by my logic, too bad.

i&#39;ve been looking for dream journal software for a while too..

Not only for noting them down on a computer (we can all do that
with pen and paper) - but also for graphs and stats on what i&#39;ve
been dreaming and other cool stuff

i think that liquid dream software does these graphs which is
ace... if only it were free...

I personally favor a pen and paper for my DJ just because I spend enough time behind my computer already and I like to draw quick small pictures that help me to remember what the dream scene was like. I remember seeing a crack around for some DJ software when I was looking around, but didn&#39;t like the way the software was set up and it looked like it would take a while to learn how to use it properly.

My teacher was very successful with using a voice recorder placed next to his bed. Speaking is much more natural than writing, and sometimes at night, and some of us aren&#39;t as coordinated to write it out. He said he actually ended up never remembering his speaking his dreams during the night but would have something on the recorder in the morning.
<span style="font-family:Arial">I hate the ending myself,
but it started with an alright scene.</span>

Yea, it sounds great with the soundrecorder, because when you wake up in the middel of the night, youre often so tired you don&#39;t write in your journal..at least that is what happends for me.. I&#39;ll might try using my cell phone-recorder
