Normally I never bothered looking at Nutrition information but since I learnt about this B6 stuff I've been keeping my eye out for it... when I was looking through my cupboard the otherday for food I noticed my brothers or his wife's nesquicks chocolate milkshake had B6 in it I read that 2 tablespoons of the stuff = 15% of that vitiman or something, so I'm guessing roughly around 7 glasses of Strawberry Milkshakes might have some what effect! I might try it out and see what happens at somepoint whats your thoughts on this guys? could strawberry deliciousness milkshakes be the trick?

7 strawberry milk shakes = you getting very fat or possibly very sick

But if you like strawberry nesquik there is no reason not to have one or two shakes a day. Any B6 is better than no B6

You have to realize that in order to get the effect that you get from a B6 supplement you'd have to have a LOT of that stuff...

See, the b6 pills have 100mg in them. And on that nesquick stuff, its 15% or your daily intake of b6, which is only like 3 or 4 mg (your daily intake). I think Reese's Puffs have like 100%, but still, thats only 3-4 mg. The Nesquick wont be doing anything for you, your best bet is to just get b6 pills.

my two cents (yes i'm a gourmand)

why a nesquick milkshake rocks:
-chocolate (see threads about)
- b6 (at least the cheap sub-trends sold in my supermarket)
- pre-bed snack (sugars to burn. at least, i burn them)
- tastes good
- the preparation is a sequence of actions - helps focalize

it's sort of something, isn't it?

anyway, it sounds like expectable that if the recomanded dose is like four, it can't be good at all in the long term to get twenty times it ... no?
a strong lack of that vitamin is an obstacle for a dreamer, but there's no proof that an excess can be a help anyway.

Ok I finally decided to try out my theory and it came out with unexpected results! Even though I had 2 small glasses and 4 tablespoons of the stuff the following night I almost became lucid from the dream I had I heard my self say "Dream Ocean..." (Thats what I call my dreams at night as its quite like being in the ocean) "I must be dreaming! Better do a reality check just to make sure!" although all I could see was my arm extending out getting ready to click my fingers to see if it creates fire (heh my RC idea inspired by Johnny Storm from the Fantastic Four) just as I was about to click my fingers I woke up... by the early morning 6'o clock rush (most of my family works either in London or near it since we live in the south ) when I finally managed to get back to sleep I dreamt I was in my room this time it was quite as you would say vivid... I dreamt of my self somewhat dreaming that I was communicating with aliens from anotherworld of course the last thing I thought was about my favourite TV show called "The 4400" (where random people were abducted by "aliens" in random era's and were all brought back at the same time and in the same place but was brought back with special abilities) any how this dream starts of with me reading a magazine it had a picture of a UFO in it which looked like one of NASA'S original Spacecrafts but I noticed a few familar scenery it looked like as it were near my local beach behind the local car park and I heard "Pepper Pier" all of a sudden I heard screaming like as if I was actually there, then again all of a sudden it stopped as I looked up I noticed I was in my bedroom I noticed on the ceeling there mobiles of a purple planet with a black ring around it followed by a weird symbol which looked like a sign you get on restuarant toilets then I heard another weird sound it was a sort of buzzing mixed with a scream I called out to my mother as she came in everything went to the way it was no mobiles no sound she said to me softly "everythings going to be okay" but something didnt seem quite right everything was black and I was just about to awaken when I heard the buzzing noise again....

wooo it was some expierience I had... after that I never dreamt again but woke up around 3pm in the afternoon which is my common time I usually get up on my days off any how
Also here's more info on the nutrients of Nesquick Milkshakes which I copied up from the box

Lol to get the effects for B6 you need 100-200mg. Which is 6000-12000% of the daily value.

Not 7 shakes, 700 shakes.

That would make you sick. Buy the B6 pills.

Yeah, skip the milkshake since it would take 166 milkshakes to get 50 mg of B-6. Here's what you do... go to Wal-Mart and get yourself a bottle of B-6 vitamins. You can get 100 tablets that each contain 50 mg B-6 for about $1.77. Take two of these tablets and you get 100 mg of B-6, which some people report to be about the required amount for more vivd dreams. It's much better than drinking 166 milkshakes before bed I think...haha. Personally, I haven't seen much of a result from taking them. But they're so cheap, so why not?

Oh yeah and remember this fact: You CAN overdose on B-6. Doses over 200 mg should be avoided.

A B-6 vitamin overdose includes:
Problems with sense of position and vibration, reduced tendon reflexes, numbness in hands and feet, problems walking, problems with memory, depression, headache and tiredness.

These are the symptoms of nerve damage. So be careful, and don't overdo it.
