      Hi,

I've just started trying out audio to induce lucid dreams, however I'm a bit unsure of what volume level to use. The sounds I've been testing out uses soft noise with tones, and if I set the volume to a comfortably low level, I don't hear these tones very well (mostly noise). How loud must they be in order to have any effect? I've tried two times so far (two nights in a row), and the second night I just had to turn it off because I got a lot of chaos in my head, which really stressed me and gave me a headache.

What volume do you use yourselves? And by the way, will the effect be better if I turn off the soft noise?

I've been trying to get an AILD for a couple days. I just turn the audio up to a comfortable level where I can hear everything. I get in bed and when I get tired I just turn on the audio so it's all my mind can focus on, and so I don't get a headache at the same time.
