I've tried several variations... taking 200 mgs before I go to bed, taking 100 mgs before bed, 100 when my alarm goes off so I can try FILDing, taking 200 mgs when my alarm goes off so I can try FILDing...
My results have been inconsistant, so I'm wondering when you're ment to take the B6.

generally about 3 hours after being asleep. I go to bed around 12 am and take them around 3 or 3 30 am.

I'd take it after a few hours sleep. Like go to bed at 12:30 wake up at 5:00 take it, wait an hour then go to bed.

i would like to know something about b6 vitamins. i was going to look at the cvs in my town, but then i wondered, what if they don't let me? im 13, but that's fine, because my freind who is the same age got them. but i have a problem, i am very short, and look like i am in 5th grade, do you think i would be able to get them?

I suggest doing a search on B6. There has to be 100 post about it.
It is a supplement. Taking more than what the body needs only cause the body to discrete most vitamins and supplements. Some it does not, often ending in toxicity.
If your diet is well balanced and healthy, I see no need to boost levels of any kind.
