I'm autistic and all, and I was wondering if it should have any effect on my LD experince. Also i'm having trouble of trying to LD, (Due to fear like something scarey would pop up or soemthing) How do I fix this fear? Also, I might try a WILD but any tips would help.

LD are different from person to person, and being autistic is also different between different autistic people, so your LD experience is going to be unique, and nobody can tell what it will be like...
About your fear: LD's aren't going to be more scary than normal dreams. If anything they will be less scary because you know that it's just a dream, and sometimes you can also control the lucid dream.
Also, when you have an LD it's easier to wake yourself up at will, than it is during non lucid dream
Since you dream anyway, than having LD will make it less likely to be scared during the dream. So if you lay in bed and you feel scared that something will pop up, just say to yourself that when it comes, you will not be afraid because you will know it's just a dream, or you will make it disapear or blow up etc. by controlling the dream, or you will simply wake yourself up.

what kind. if you have problem concentrating or relaxing then it might be harder to do techniquue like wild. if you have problem with fear then just imagine yourself being calm this how i got rid off fear of darkness and being killed by dream and dying in real life.
Also, I might try a WILD but any tips would help.[/b]

High Functioning autism. and thanks. Also its an autism where I have trouble just communcateing wiht people ect. Nothing to deal with imagery. Expect I wonder if I get like way exited in the dream my body might tyr to simulate inr eal life. So i don't know. But I will still try the WILD. WILD shouldn't be that hard, I tried to astral protect int he past and such. Infact, I was thinking of doing a WILD before I even knew what a WILD was. FOr explame one night I thought. "What if I stayed countous when I go into a dream state?" In fact, I TRY to make myself nto to WILD even before I WILD because I wasn't sure what to expect. XD Thanks again. I will need the help I can get at this point.
