I eventually chose the Zen M30 because it supports more formats and doesn't lock you into either Apple of Microsoft. So far I've been happy with it.
It's OK to make stuff like this available on DV then?

even thow Microsoft set restrictions you can just hack it and it has wifi on it plus a radio tuner
so it'll be cool :)
