A link I stumbled uppon when searching torrentsites for anything Lucid Dream-related is Deleted -Seeker
I includes about 4 to 5 MP3 files with voice instructions. The Relaxation technique of the ''Lotus Light'' is one that helps me fall asleep MUCH faster than usual. So if any of you have positive, or negative, feedback from this then let me know about it.

Google "bit torrent" to get a torrent app such as http://www.bittornado.com/ I've found that downloading things via Torrents is unbelievably slow,though. Maybe it's my comp. anyway, just open the .torrent file in your new torrent app and the rest should be pretty self explainitory.
I got in trouble with copyright law for downloading stuff using bittorrent no way I'd trust it again.
Guys, this appears to be copyright infringement. I'm going to have to delete this link and report it to Stephan.
